Toddler Bath Toys-Fun For Them, Mess For Us!!

toddler bath toysI don't know if I am the only one who feels this way, but it seems to me that toddler bath toys seem to make more of a mess in the bathroom, then adding anything positive to the toddler bath experience.

Ok, let me correct myself, the toddler is having a positive experience because they have entertainment from their toys, they have their mom or dad to bathe them so they don't even have to pick up a sponge, AND they don't have to clean up the huge water splashing mess they made while enjoying such entertaining toys!! Yep, that's left up to you to clean!!

Thank God For Toddler Bath Toys!!

toddler bath toysI've seen babies in the bath tub and trying to get them to stay still and get washed is a task to put it lightly! I'm not even going to mention how wet and messy a toddler bath can get! That's why it is wonderful to have toddler bath toys for them to play with while in the bathtub. At the very least, those toys will take their little minds off of splashing and throwing water on you! When one thinks of toddler bath toys, of course the classic rubber ducky comes to mind. Well, let's take a step into the new millennium here for a second!

I mean, there are toys out there now that totally blow Mr. Ducky out of the pond! There are toy drums for the bath tub, paint sets for the bath tub, and even educational number games for your baby's bath time. Whether you are looking for education, color, mirrors, or simply squirt toys, they will be easy to find--just look for the "rub-a-dub-dub" aisle!

Toddler Bath Toys Can Wear them Out

toddler bath toys
As we all know, toddlers love to pay in the bath. And as we all know, there is a bath time ritual.

First we don’t want to take a bath, so we scream and throw a temper tantrum. Then we get in the bath, love it and never want to get out.

I think the reason kids love it so much has to do with the fact that if they can prolong their bath time, they may be able to push the bedtime limits, and stay up longer, and ultimately win the game of whose the boss!

The best thing you can do is give your toddler such good bath toys that they play so hard that all they want to do after is pass out!
